About Mr Green Property Management

Mr Green is a nationwide franchise company with over 200 franchisees and regional owners. Our franchisees currently complete lawn maintenance, gardening, commercial cleaning and home cleaning tasks.

We have now added fixed fee property management to our group.

The principal of Mr Green Julian Smith has owned several rental properties for 26 years. “I have always managed the properties myself as I believed that paying 7.95% of rental income plus all other fees was far too high”.

“I have always had a zero tolerance in respect of tenants not paying rent. Many of my tenants have rented my houses for in excess of 5 years. I believe that if you look after the tenants fairly, respond promptly to any reasonable request, then it is a win win situation for all parties.”

Our property management division will be solely focused on managing your rental property, we will regularly inspect your property, to ensure it is looked after and protected at all times.
